Delivery term
Ex works (EXW) ESPOO, FINLAND.

Delivery time
According to the agreement, but we try our best, that the orders entered before 15.00, will be leaving on the same day.

Terms of payment
14 days net or according to agreement.

Interest on delayed payments
10 %.

Prices
All prices are in euros.

Insurance
Except where specifically with the customer agreed, delivery is uninsured.

General remarks on delivery
Complaints regarding the delivery or the quality of the products is to be made within eight (8) days after receiving the the goods.

Returns
Returned goods will be accepted if the delivery does not comply with the order. Return must always be agreed in advance.

Accompanied by a defective product must be included copy/print samples, as well as a copy of the dispatch list. Product must be returned in its original packaging, which can not be labeled or have extra markings. So, the best practice is to pack it in a separate box.

Warranty
For OEM products, as a rule, we grant the same warranty as the currently official importer of the relevant machine brand in Finland. Katun products have a replacement warranty.

Change in prices
If immediate import prices are affected by exchange rates, value added tax, import duties or other governmental fees and taxes will change before the delivery date, we reserve the right to change the prices.

Value added tax
VAT 0 %.

Warehouse opening hours
From Monday to Thursday 12.00 – 18.00
Friday 12.00 – 17.00
